Lump in throat: If you are still having symptoms after taking antacids and ppi then you should have a thyroid u/s done and labs to make sure it's not your thyroid and you can also see an ENT to check your vocal cords for nodes.

Lump in throat wont go away. Took pepcid zantac. Was on prilosec for a bit it stopped working. Should i try nexium (esomeprazole)? My cardiologist said to do two pills twice a day. Then go up to 2 pills twice a day. If all fails go to gastro.
