Heart aches?: It's not clear that what you're calling your "heart aching" is angina. ("angina"=discomfort due to inadequate circulation in your heart). There are many causes of discomfort in the chest. Before doing water aerobics or any other form of exercise, you must undergo a treadmill stress test. Based on your performance, a doctor can make an intelligent assessment of what's safe or not safe.

Not normal: It is not normal to have chest discomfort with activity/exercise. Water aerobics may cause the same symptoms. If you have known cad, you should be evaluated by your doctor to either adjust your medications or consider invasive vs. Noninvasive testing.
