Sickle cell: Make sure you see your doctor. You need to get your blood checked to be sure your hemoglobin is appropriate. You can also get a blood smear to determine how much sickling cells you have in your blood. If you are short of breath you may need to go to the er because you may be starting to get into a crisis where you are becoming symptomatic from the disease. Good luck and feel better.

Anemia: If your anemia worsened, you could feel light headed. If the feeling doesn't go away, go to your doctor to get your heart, lungs, and blood counts checked.
