Eating disorder: If you have an eating disorder, your best chance for recovery is with a team of professionals including psychiatrist, psychologist or other therapist, nutritionist/dietician, etc. The dietician can make suggestions, but without attending to your emotional issues you're unlikely to be able to carry out the suggestions consistently. Your primary care doctor can be a resource for referrals.
