No: No fda approved antidepressant will make you lose weight per se. Most of them list the opposite side effect (weight gain) as possible. Wellbutrin (bupropion) is the least likely antidepressant to cause weight gain. That said, anecdotically, weight loss may occur by virtue of other factors (lifestyle changes, better diet, back to gym, etc) as a product of the improvement when using an antidepressant.
