You can not: Your psychiatrist can tell, and also rule out medical causes of this and other problems. Don self-diagnose, it does not work that way. And of course, you should not get a diagnosis other than being physically interviewed, examined and evaluated. Get the right diagnosis and treatment, see a psychiatrist. Good luck.
