Diet and exercise: Try and lean your diet toward the vegetarian paying attention to not use high calorie drinks or additions to your food. Get an hour of aerobic exercise a day, whatever kind of aerobics you will stick with. Don't smoke. Minimize alcohol and high calorie snacks.....
