I've fallen into deep depression, help? how do i get out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good habits, friends: Depression is very common and should not be considered a moral failing. First, have a medical work up to rule out hormone malfunction, etc. Second, activate your body - engage in moderate aerobic exercise (running, fast walking, swimming, biking) for four days per week at least 30 min., third, avoid intoxicants (alcohol, weed), forth, seek psychotherapy. Fifth, find others - relationships.
