See an allergist: The combination of nasal congestion and allergy symptoms are consistent with allergic rhinitis. Sinus symptoms include pain and pressure in the face, yellow-green nasal discharge and pain between the eyes or rarely pain on top of the head. Inasmuch as you do not mention these in your complaint, it is unlikely that you have sinusitis. You should consult an allergist. Decongestant, antihistamine.
