It depends on the si: A lumps in the armpit, if you can palpapte it requires examination by your doctor who can then guide you further. Typically this would be an enlarged lymph node which can be due to infection, any inflammation or sometimes cancer in the lymph node. It is hard to tell if it is cancer without physical examination by a doctor and with help from other tests like x-rays or ct scans. Good luck.
