I am wondering how to get rid of a pimple that is not ready to pop?

Other than: warm compresses and a little hydrocortisone, it is best to not try and pop a pimple. When you do, it take a lot longer to heal than it would if you hadn't touched it and it can scar, so if warm compress and hydrocortisone don;t work, get in to dermatologist who can inject it and make it go away in a day or 2
