What happens when a 12yo has a baby?

Multiple issues: The 12yo has > chance of complications in pregnancy including high blood pressure/ kidney injury/seizures/premature delivery and others. She is less likely to finish school, gain useful employment, avoid social & emotional problems of adulthood. Her infant is more likely to end up in the ICU nursery, have a birth defect, have learning pbms as a child and have lower educational attainment in adult.
