A member asked:

What causes non-dry skin is peeling on fingers and palms after a sunburn?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Jeffrey Whitman answered

Sun damage: Does not have to be dry to peel. The sun actually blisters up the skin and you slough the outer layer, dry or not.
