I'm a teen and my hair is so thin, what can i do for this?

Thin or thinning?: If your hair is thin, that's usually due to what you're genetically predisposed to. If your hair is thinning, that could be for any number of reasons - stress, pregnancy, hormonal issues, dyes, perms, etc. Be sure to talk with your doctor to get an overall health assessment. Eat well-balanced meals. I recommend daily vitamins for everyone - young and old alike. Also, avoid over-tight braids.
