Weight Training: It is usually 3 to 5 times a week doing 5 repetitions of gradually increasing weight. Say 5 lbs. lift it 5 times, then go to 7.5 lbs, lift it 5 times. Depends on what weights in gym. If you have home dumbbells then use same weight and build up the number of times you lift it.(repetitions) Work out 3 to 5 times a week and you will see muscle definition.
