Try to move on?: Are you able to think of other things you would like to do? If you can distract yourself by having some other things you would like to do and or think about, then do it. Don't spend time obsessing about your ex. Is he obsessing about you? If you can't do it on your own seek help from a therapist. You will not regret it!

Stay active. : The end of a relationship is hard for many people. You can seek comfort from your patient, trustworthy friends, write in a journal or do things you enjoy. Try dancing, laughing, listening to music, etc. Go places and meet new people. You may feel a temporary heartache, but it will subside. If it ended, it wasn't meant to last. You can survive with or without someone.
