Overkill: Treating 'tiny pimples' with Isotretinoin is like killing gnats with a flame thrower. Mild acne is best managed with topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated. Your personal physician or a dermatology consultant knows how to select the right rx for your particular case. Best wishes.
