I use to get a cyst (pimple like) thing between my buttocks. it is outside anus only. i feel paining while sitting sometimes and even once it got popped accidentally and a small amount of blood had come in my bedsheet. what shall i do to get rid?

On the exterior part of my anus, there is a small bump that looks like a pimple. Touching it hurts, yet it's soft and feels like it's full with blood/pus. Could this be an infected hair follicle? Should I add Neosporin, pop it, or leave it alone?
