Waste of money: It is already present in most foods. Supplements are not useful ; may increase risk of prostate cancer. Application to the skin is the same as any other oily substance.

Not necessarily: Vit e can cause bruising and bleeding so we recomend stoppingit before any procedures such as an ablative or invasive procedure. Vit d can help reduce hyperpigmentation.
