Slight chance: Only if the demineralization of the enamel is in its infancy. There are remineralizing products that can effectively remineralize the small decalcification. For the most part, tooth decay needs to be restored with a filling. Ask your dentist.

No : There is no way to reverse tooth decay. You need to go to a dentist and have the tooth treated- hopefully with the smallest restoration that will remove all the decay while preserving as much of the tooth structure as possible.
