Dark circles: Under the eyes are difficult to irradicate completely. They're usually associated with eye fatigue or aging changes of the lids. There are some creams and lasers which sometimes help but not consistently. Discuss this with an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.

You need a cream that has vit k and vit a. Vit e is good. Other things laser, ipl, dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, or concealer can help.

Dark circles, eyes: Dark circles under eyes are a form of bruising of the thin skin around the eyes. Rubbing of the eyes due to allergies for instance is easily treated and helpful. Use of topical steroids, some glaucoma meds on a long term basis can actually promote this problem. Seek expert advise and alternative medications from an eye specialist
