Don't understand?: Do you mean the night before you are having surgery? You surgeon will give you detailed instructions, if not ask. If you mean the decision as to whether or not to have one ask your surgeon and a counselor who deals with body image issues.

Prepare:MD patient?: Patients should see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss their goals, expectations and candidacy for elective breast augmentation. Surgeons differ greatly in their preferences. Typically instructions will be reviewed, photographs may be taken, medications will be prescribed, post op appointments will be made, questions answered and much more.
