My daughter wants breast implants and she is 16. is it safe?

Too young: It is probably safe, but i believe 16 is too young.

Safe but not advised: This is a very safe operation but it is not advised unless she is experiencing some form of congenital deformity such as poland's syndrome.

Too Early: Generally speaking, best for young ladies to wait until their breasts have “matured” prior to undergoing elective breast surgery. There are exceptions where patients with significant congenital anomalies and/or asymmetry may benefit from breast surgery earlier in life. Best wishes.
