It's not curable: Even in the 21st century with many quick fixes, acne must be managed. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician. He/she may be able to add a topical antibiotic such as clindamycin, a retinoic acid derivative, a systemic antibiotic, topical sprionolactone or some other rx.
