Stretch marks: Treatments: Please see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for evaluation. Possible treatments include fractional laser resurfacing,dermabrasion & medication (i.e., retinoids).

Yes: There are procedures done by dermatologists and plastic surgeons that can decrease or remove them, but i would not expect them to ever disappear spontaneously.
