Is it safe to to take flexeril approx 5 hours after taking norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen)? i take 15mgs norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) 2 or 3 times a day. trying to wean off of norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen).

Depends: Flexeril is a muscle relaxant with sedative properties. Driving and using alcohol are not recommended. Narcotics such as Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) can cause respiratory depression. Some medical conditions can complicate the use of medications, so care must be taken when using this combination of drugs. Therefore, it is best to consult your treating physician.
