Clean: The best answer is to have a clean diet....More fresh fruits and vegetables, lean grass fed beef, non hormone chicken etc. Avoiding processed foods, artificial sweeteners, sodas, are all ways to improve skin. Sometimes it cannot be completely avoided if there is a strong family history. I also get great results with chinese medicine.

Forget it: Diet is very important for other reasons but has little effect on acne. Chinese medicine is not effective. Topical antibiotic is of limited use for acne. When you decide to get serious about it, see a dermatologist.
