For dermotologists: why is my skin being attacked by acne even though i take good care of it?

Not an "attack": Acne is not really an "attack" on your skin. Most acne is due the effects of obstruction of the follicular opening. By all means continue to take care of your skin but see a dermatologist to help you address why you have acne and how to best treat it.
