Top tooth extracted: You should check back with your dentist or surgeon for a possible dry socket. Or, you may have another area that has flared up since the extraction.

Sore teeth: After 7 days the upper tooth extraction area should be well on its way to healing....If the extraction was an uncomplicted one the lower teeth soreness is unlikely related to the top extraction..... See the dentist who extracted the upper tooth and have the lower evaluated it may be coincidental but better get it ck'd asap.
