Only symptom: The only symptom of cervical cancer is abnormal bleeding... Are you sure that you are referring to the right cancer? Most women who have cervical cancer have no signs or symptoms. It is possible (though highly unlikely) to get it at 18 years old. Yes, women with cervical cancer sometimes go on to have pregnancy. In order to tell you prognosis, needs result of your cold knife cone or leep?

Hard to say: Please see your doctor. If you feel you have symptoms fitting the diagnosis, a simple pap smear will be able to tell if your right. You would then have a colposcopy and possible biopsy if it is positive. Treatment depends on the diagnosis. Please get checked out.
