Tachycardia, faint: Drinking excessive water, dry eyes and mouth, and palpitations with faint feeling in a young woman could be related to an autoimmune condition. If you are sure there is no diabetes mellitus or insipidus and have had a blood test to confirm the blood sugar and sodium are normal, then you need to speak with your doctor for further testing. You should have an electrocardiogram and other heart tests.
