Yes but: Mirtazapine and Buspirone can be taken together safely usually. However, be aware of a rare but dangerous side effect called serotonin syndrome that can occur when you get too much serotonin at once. It is usually associated with muscle rigidity. So if you start feeling stiff around your muscles then tell your doctor.
