Maybe: Discuss this in detail with your treating physician. There may be other antidepressants such as Lexapro (escitalopram) or clonazepam which would better help your anxiety. In my practice, with my anxious patients, I have found excellent results with the SSRI antidepressants at solid therapeutic doses work very well.
