Consult your doctor: Any symptom that may be heart related needs to be checked out asap. Your lipid profile while not bad, is not good either, especially low HDL and high ldl. It would be imperative to assess the state of your heart and use a combination of diet, exercise and medication. Please see your doctor asap.
