No: There is no evidence that anxiety, stress or oral contraceptives cause brain tumors. It is more likely that having a brain tumor causes anxiety, which is normal. Check in with your doctor, who can address your concerns.

No evidence of that: I've attached an article from mayo clinic, listing the risk factors for a brain tumor. As you can see, none of them include anxiety, or pills. However, if you are highly anxious about having a tumor, you may have a high level of anxiety, in general, and that you may worry about many health concerns. If so, you may find relief in learning to control your anxiety. Also, a md checkup is advised.
