A bit more specific: The thyroid has t3, (liothyronine) t4, and TSH as hormones, so be careful at just calling it t. Sometimes people refer to "t" as testosterone. There are also different ways to measure it, "free" vs "total" so try to refer to it very specifically. Besides some minor variation between labs people usually measure a normal TSH is 0.3-3.04, ft3 for your age is 2.3-4.2. Talk to your dr about what was measured.
