I know that i should sleep 7 hours at least. but does it matter if i sleep from 9pm till 4am or from 11pm till 6am or from 8pm till 3am for example ?

Follow sun: I have found that in general, sleeping from 10 pm until 7 pm tends to be the most physiological for most people. Getting up several hours before dawn tends to result in people being tired, regardless of when they went to sleep. Your situation may be very different, these are guidelines from my practice.
