Good pickup: Call them back. Docs try to treat both sexullay transmitted diseases together. Chlamydia and gonorrhea. The treatment for chlamydia is Azithromycin 1gram orally one dose or doxycycline 100mg PO bid for 7 days. The treatment for gonorrhea is Ceftriaxone 250mg im one dose or Cefixime 400mg 1 dose or Azithromycin 2 grams orally. Treat both diseases.
