Probably not.: It would be unusual for a 25 year-old to develop skin cancer. Best to probably have a dermatologist look at it though to be on the safe side.

Bump on nose: It would be very unusual for someone 25 to have a skin cancer on the nose. Not impossible, but unusual. It is easy for your dermatologist to shave it off flat with the skin and have it examined under the microscope. It is probably a fibrous papule or a dermal nevus or sebaceous hyperplasia but the biopsy procedure would tell and give you a cosmetic improvement anyway because the bump would be gone.
