1-5 days, but...: Xanax (alprazolam) doesn't stay long in the system. Your question makes me wonder if you have an abuse/addiction problem. If that is the case, please seek professional help for same asap rather than worrying about how to get a clean drug test. Life is too short to live it in as a slave of substances.
