24 hours: It is not recommended that you breastfeed for a period of 24 hours after the last dose of triazolam. A nursing mother should not “cuddle up” and take a nap with the baby. Triazolam is a sedative and co-sleeping while sedated could have disastrous consequences. Best wishes.

Check with surgeon: My guess would be 24hrs. Most medication is cleared from the body within that time. The surgeon who prescribed the medication should be able to let you know.
