Stones: You should avoid oxalate rich foods such as spinach, black tea, nuts, etc, you can find list online, however more importantly you should increase your intake of citrate rich foods (lemonade). However more importantly you should increase your water intake to at least 2 l a day, also this might sound contra intuitive but you should increase your dietary calcium intake (milk and milk pyoducts).

Oxalate stones: Avoid dehydration; Follow Diet: avoid spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, nuts, chocolate, tea, wheat bran, and all dry beans; increase Citrate: orange juice 8 oz twice daily; ReaLemon extract: 5 tblspns per day; increase fluid 4 liters/day; only 4 oz meat/day; 4-5 fruits/day; maintain low salt; egg white 2 per day as protein; 25 mg HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) daily to reduce Ca in urine if allowed by doc.
