Do you clench/grind?: Temporal headaches commonly occur in people who unconsciously clench their jaw or grind their teeth (usually at night, when they're unaware). It's common to wake up with tooth or jaw pain, or even a headache. Your dentist may also note unusual wear patterns on your enamel. The condition is called "bruxism." it can be treated with an oral appliance. Talk to your dentist about this.
