OK....: It can be a lymph node, a submandibular gland or other infectious/inlfammatory cause. At your age it is less likely a cancer. However, an ear, nose and throat doctor can quickly make the diagnosis.

Lymph node : You need to see your doctor. Could be a lymph node which is nothing to worry about , but only a physical exam can tell if it is something to worry about.
