Sleep apnea: Usually unrefreshing sleep is due to something that disrupts the sleep cycle. If you're obstructed at night, it'll cause you to gasp and disrupt sleep. Restless leg syndrome can disturb also. Decreasing screen time at night, and having better sleep hygiene helps. Some drugs can also affect sleep. Sleep studies are easy to come by, but discuss with your doc if you need one.
