Ask your doc: Ordering something is easy. However, unless the doc has records/exam/etc that support the need for such testing insurers may decide not to pay for the procedure. It can be quite expensive. I would contact your docs office & ask what the procedure would be to get this done. I know it can be quite beneficial once you pin down such a problem & find a good fix.
