Lung disease: Many forms of lung disease can cause shortness of breath. Even heart disease can cause shortness of breath. She needs to see a doctor and have a proper evaluation.

Hello. For about 3 month or so now, every time i cough, i cant seem to catch my breath for at least 10 seconds. I just cannot inhale. I havent seen a doctor yet because it doesn't seem too serious. Any ideas on what this may be? Should i see someone?
