Double sight from my right eye. 4th nerve seen by neuro ophtalmologist, wearing prism in my right lense for 9 months is this going to be fixed?

Can be improved: Generally about 6 months is given for a spontaneous improvement in such nerve paralyses. After than improvement can be made surgically if there is not enough spontaneous improvement. You should see a specialist is strabismus surgery.
