A member asked:

Can an orbital tumor be seen by an ophthalmologist? could eye pain be the only symptom? im very worried. just was at opthmolgist?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nonspecific eye pain can be caused by numerous benign conditions. If your ophthalmology visit revealed no problems, that should be reassuring. If you are focused on a tumor, you could get a second opinion, but might also seek counseling to allow you to cope with your worries.
