Celebrex (celecoxib): Is better for osteoarthritis. Cymbalta (duloxetine) is also good for generalized pain by changing how pain is processed in the spinal cord.

I'm not a fan: Of Celebrex for the long run which something that osteoarthritis is. - Cymbalta (duloxetine) somehow relieves some of the pain, ; I use it on some of my chronic pain patients.

Work differently!: They both can be used alone or together! Both are effective, but my first Rx would be Celebrex!
